Recently the Abiqua Heights Homeowners Association established an ad hoc Reforestation Committee to develop a plan to “reforest” the Commons. The guiding principles behind the effort are the directives of the Master Plan and the desire to make sure the Commons retains its natural forestation level over a period of time.
The Reforestation Committee Report has been completed and shortly the Board will make its determination with regards to the report. The report establishes fall as the most opportune time to transplant trees so the Board decision will come in the next few months.
