- Lot 136, 555 Tillicum Drive. Approved Eskimo Sunset, Bloodgood and Katsura Japanese maples and an azalea as requested.
- Lot 30, 665 Shelokum Drive. Approved a 6’ high fence using cedar material and cedar stain as requested.
- Lot 28, 641 Kloshe Court. Approved a new path/walkway around the residence with stairs using gravel and stone leading from the front to the back yard as requested.
- Lot 66, 329 Eastview Lane. Approved a 6’ high fence using cedar material and cedar stain as requested. It is the same style and color as neighbors. There will be a gate on south side of yard near the house.
- Lot 84, 350 Tillicum Drive. Approved planting 10-14 English Laurel Prunus Laurocerasus trees at the back of their property to be a screening hedge. Also, painting of front door to a basic glossy black. Discussion about the aggressiveness of the plant centered on maintenance and limiting the height to 8 feet.
- Lot 51, 920 Chikamin Loop. Approved change of house paint colors to: body 995 Mocha Cream and trim Steam AF-15, both colors Benjamin Moore.
- Lot 77, 440 Tillicum Drive. Approved re-painting using the same colors.
- Lot 100, 1115 Tenino Drive. Noted maintenance caused by leaking stucco.
- Lot 127, 550 Yapa Drive. Approved re-painting using Sherwin Williams 7525 Tree Branch for the house and white trim.

- Lot 28, 641 Kloshe Court. Approved the placement of a flag pole in the front yard.
- Lot 69, 359 East View Drive. Approved roof color of Weathered Wood by PABCO. Approved Rodda paint choices of Western Saddle (CA 206), Willow (CA 171), and Moon Drop (0026). The house siding will be Willow, the trim will be Moon Drop, and the front gable, dormer, deck posts and beams will be Western Saddle. Use of flat or satin only. The front columns and porch railings will be a clear finish/stain.
- Lot 57, 700 Shelokum Dr. Approved Sherwin Williams paints Anonymous (SW 7046) for the siding and Snowbound (SW 7004) for the trim.

What needs ARC approval?
New construction, major landscaping (new or renovation), painting, and roofing all need ARC consideration. For the benefit of the community and you it is better to ask before you begin.
