To the Members of Abiqua Heights Homeowners Association,
On either September 21/22, 2015 Earthworks will spray around both ponds in the Commons. The application does not require a permit, but the process requires that the area remain undisturbed for 24 hours. Although these activities are never allowed, it is important that members not swim, fish or allow their dogs to swim in the ponds for those 24 hours.
